    Hello, I was wondering what is the best way to EV train this Dratini. As you can see it has Timid nature (not optimal) but it has a 30 SPD IV and 31 ATK and SPATK IV. Is it better to train it for is ATK or SPATK? Of course any other suggestion is welcome!! Thank you very much!!
