  2. Johto e4 Dragon tail isn't working

    So i was in Johto e4 with my steelix (using him as a lead) and my setup involves dragon tailing opponents to certain death, what I haven't been able to do due to dragon tail not dragging out opponents. I tried in wild encounters and it worked perfectly.     How's it going everyone! So i tried to log into PRO YELLOW SERVER and it couldnt connect, but it could connect to red and blue, someone knows why? Thanks in advance, ~Jps9~
