Hello, please need help. My Riolu is level 100 and i don't understand xhy because his happinness was maxed and it was was during the day, please could u delevel my poke please? And what are the requierement to make him evolve please(which hour is in the morning) my in game name ash1234 . Btw i used a rare candy to make him level from lvl 99 to level 100 please could u give it back to me? I would likr to use it to level up my riolu again; if u can't there is no pb thanks
