at your point, i am suggesting you train your pokes in cinnebar mansion. Seafoam islands would be sufficent too, but there is no poke center around.

this could actually be the reason! There are so many bans cause of inappropiate usernames, now imagine like every trainer renames their pokes which you have to supervise :S so i think this is a good explenation....

I thin it was 4 days to rebattle npcs except gym leaders and other specials. About naming im not quite sure but there were 2 explenation. Only one is right, i dont know which one it was: 1. It is to complicated to code for a minimal benefit like naming or 2. It would take too many resources from server.

How many days have you waited? Account deleting is not intended to happen. That is because of the exact same reason you described. Staff dont want to allow grinding for a good starter by starting over and over again. But you can catch all startes....

I was in a smimilar situation. When i let my parasect forgot spore i was kinda frustrated that it couldnt learn spore again. Instead i let him learn a different move (Rock Smash --> Stun Spore). Just because im curious, I spoke to the move relearner again and BAM!.... Parasect could learn spore again. I dont know which mechanics I triggered but it worked that way.

The Problem here is that you dont actually buy a thing. You donate! And since its a donation you cannot expect any kind of compensation in return. Membership and coins are just an appreciation. Many of the users here are mistaken this point. So please! Start reading before you act and spend money! Especially if something is written in a foreign language like english for many of us. Then there wont be any confusion like this one here.

I dont think you bought here anything. Maybe you donated a few dollars and got exp boost as appreciation, but nothing more.... There are no customers in this game. So this game cannot loose any of them. We are users here, no customers. The difference is that we dont have any right to demand any services! Staff have built this game because they doing it for fun, they are not dependent from us. They dont need to expand the server capacity or improve the game in any kind of way if they do not want to. But they are doing it because they have fun to give us a wonderful game!
