If this doesn't work: Could you try to wait on the login screen (not loading map, loading screen) for 5-10 minutes before trying to log in? It was the solution to loading map issues over a year and a half ago, and right now I can't think of another solution. I will look and ask around; in the meanwhile, could you tell me on which map you all were before you started getting stuck? well while i try to open with mobile internet it opens but return to wifi it still stuck at loading map screen :(

well for me it opened. how i did let me explain. First connect ur computer with ur mobile internet and open game i tried it work then open ur local wifi/internet after that try to open game it will open. :D

btw i can connect game on phone with mobile internet. but cant connect with wifi on phone.

Sorry to hear; and yes, it's client-sided, not server-sided. Next thing to try to fix this is to add an exception for the game to both your antivirus/firewall, and try again. If it still doesn't load, then turn off your antivirus, completely remove your game's files ‒including the temporary files‒, and extract them again from the .zip file, as it worked here :Sing: same here i tried everything and still stuck...

İ am stucked at loading map screen too also reseted network and download newest client it still stuck. Red server id: Rugoss stucked at love island
