Also, there are currently many inconveniences caused by the recent server issues, outlined by Daeon here. Sorry about the reset happening while fighting a boss, it's unfortunate that a rollback had to happen right then :/ However, as mentioned here by Daeon, the servers are experiencing issues, and they will be corrected. For future reference, here is a thread that you can check for any problems that you may have before posting in General Support. The cooldown for that trainer is 2 hours, as previously mentioned by JollyOlNathan, so by now the cooldown should be over, and you can challenge the rocket grunt again.
