Sorry about the reset happening while fighting a boss, it's unfortunate that a rollback had to happen right then :/ However, as mentioned here by Daeon, the servers are experiencing issues, and they will be corrected. The cooldown for that trainer is 2 hours, as previously mentioned by JollyOlNathan, so by now the cooldown should be over, and you can challenge the rocket grunt again. As previous people have stated in this thread, there is no way for staff to reverse an evolution, as quoted here.
