Since the offers got 800k-ish i put min raise to 50k because raising for 20k to a 800k poke makes no sense and is not fair for the person that has bid the before +20k offer.I accept the last offer of 820k by Keanu24 but the next +20k bids wont be count as valid and the last offer would be the one to win if the auction ends.Thanks for understanding.
