An offensive set for a sun team for Venu (is my favorite poke :Shy: ): Chlorophyll, focus sash, mild: 252 spatk/156 atk/100 speed Moves: Growth/Earthquake/Sludge bomb/Giga drain or energy ball The defensive Venu is more common: Black sludge, bold: 208 hp/200 def/100 spdef (252 def/ 252 hp is viable too) Moves: Sleep power/Giga drain/Sludge bomb/Leech seed (you can also add hp fire for ferrothorn and scizor) I preffer adamant Arcanine over impish with Flare blitz/Extreme speed/Close combat/Thunder fang. But the impish with Will-o-wisp/Extreme speed/Morning sun/Flare blitz is pretty good too.

Toxic, Moonlight, Sucker Punch/Knock Off and Curse. Other good options are Counter, Dig, Foul Play or Protect (when they were available).
