Hello Sarah/Tapioca! Welcome to poke-world. The most important tip you never have to forget is "to have fun" jajaja, after that you have the pokes nature, base stats, iv's ev's and all kind of boring stuff that you have to have on mind if you want to play against other players in the game. It's kinda difficult to train them :Nervous: but they get much stronger. If you want to lern more send me a message. :Grin:

Im not sure if it's once per week, but when you are available to fight them again, if you come from Vermillion to Saffron, on Route 6, if you pass quickly with the bike, camper jeff will see you and he will walk to you but if you keep pressing "up" you can avoid fighting him. Look to the picture:

What do you mean with "No speacial status"? You mean the orange and the green stats? If that's the case the answer is this: Your Bulbasaur has Quirky nature, that means that it won't raise or low any stat. Here are all the posible natures and what they do: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Nature. If the question is about SP. ATK. : Give it time, when it reach lvl 50 it will get a great SP ATK , try training it's EV's. Hope this answered the question. :)

For now the only moves out of battle that works are the HM and dig, but not to use as a escape rope. Maybe in the futures they will implement that all of them may be used. Don't get sad, I 've lost more than 15k! jajajaja.

You can go to sevii island after beating 1st elite 4, but you have to be member. You should try to fill dex o go to dragon's den or love island. Train your pokes, try to find a rare 1 to sell it or just wait till hoenn goes out!

It's not a game problem. The rod ratio is like 20% of finding a poke each time you use it. I think that if the ord is better, the fishing ratio will be better too.

Hello! Im not sure how many attacks does dusclops learn as I don't have it on the pokedex, also I think that shadow ball tm is not in game yet, at least i didn't see it. But to re-learn attacks you can go to Cerulean (Misty's city) or to Saffron (Sabrina's City). In both there is a move re learner. In saffron is next to the poke center, in cerulean is in the north, going to the birdge, then go to the left. Hope I helped!
