Whenever i got black out by wild pokemon i lose 50k pokedollars. is there any such rule ??? or its a bug??

I got a black medal from christmas present but it is not working ... there is a sign of medal at top but trainer card show membership inactive membership......also i dont get a popup of "are u sure to add black medalion to your account"..........plzzz help
