Look through all the trash in that room with the doctor then you will find what you need then talk to the doctor then go to the the pharmacist 2nd to last floor last room to the very right there will be a pharmacist who creates the potion then go to blissey on the top floor with that big dining room then there u go your done. Sorry but when you relog when battling a pokemon it sends you back to the nearest pokecenter but to avoid this buy repels or put a high level in front of your team.
