Youngster Joey

Featured Replies

Hello fellow trainers, I just recently battled Youngster Joey and I have lost because I underestimated his team. I have waited 2 hours to re challenge him again with my main team, even though 2 hours have passed he still says: "Hey, give my Rattatas some time to rest after that battle". I don't know what to do, help appreciated! :)

Hey there PokeMaster1911!

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this inconvenience. When you spoke with Joey for the second time, did you have the level 80 Rattata with your OT in your team? In order to fight him the Rattata must be in your party.

Until we meet again.

burner1115, 2 hours if you lose; not rechallengable if you win.

An acronym for "random number generator" or "random number generation", it refers to the process by which computers generate apparently random numbers, essentially the computer equivalent of 'chance'.

thanks for all the replies! Afterwards, A couple of minutes after my post (like 5-10 mins) I was able to fight Joey again. I remember putting a timer on my phone for 2 hours right after I had lost but when the timer rang I still couldn't fight him. I am in Hoenn now anyway ;3

I am glad to see that the issue is resolved. I will now be locking the post and I hope you have a great week! :)
