i have a nosepass at lvl 100 but needs to lower down by 1 lvl so i can evolve to probopass. it this possible? and where i need to go to evolve it to probopass? im at yellowservere, my ingame name is Jackensuus timezone UTC +01:00.

is it possible to level down my nosepass by 1 level? i made it to level 100 but in the wrong place i think because it is still a nosepass instead of a probopass.
