Hi! I have a bug when i enter the game, i open the game and when the loading screen finish to load the game it crashes.I have a motorola moto e 4th gen. i hope you can fix it!

Ok i notice that i dont have the rainbow badge so i cannot trade... I have one question you can give to my brother in the new account his pokemons? I give you his username if yes is the answer you can give my brother a lv23 charmeleon and a lv 29 budew because that pokemons are the most important... if not its Ok then :)

No its a bug because in my game the doctor give me the pass normally, in my brothers game the doctor Skip from "i give you the especial pass" to "Have you find the doctor yet"...but. I Think i have a solution for it that is that my brother trade me the pokemons he got then he start over again.the game and when he start over again i give him the pokemons that he have... And problem resolved...

When my brother goes to that man the man explain him how rhe captain become that sick When that happens instead of give him the exclusive pass the man says this:"Did You found the pharmsist yet?" and when my brother talk to him again it says the same thing again.... What have you already tried to solve the problem? I tried to close the game and open it again and keep says the same thing again... Because that i need help because if my brother notice that he have to start the game over again he will desinstall the game and will don't play with me again.. Please help us i love this game... I know that is in beta but help us...
