What have you done before the problem was there?

The bug is not in my game is in my brother's game his username is Miguel022.The bug is in the SS Anne that when my brother goes to the doctor that tells to you that she knows a pharmasist in the ship that knows how to make a medicine to solve the captain's sickness. When my brother goes to that man the man explain him how rhe captain become that sick When that happens instead of give him the exclusive pass the man says this:"Did You found the pharmsist yet?" and when my brother talk to him again it says the same thing again....

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to close the game and open it again and keep says the same thing again... Because that i need help because if my brother notice that he have to start the game over again he will desinstall the game and will don't play with me again.. Please help us i love this game... I know that is in beta but help us...

Maybe you just accidentally skipped the dialogue. The pass isn't a physical item you can see in your bag.

No its a bug because in my game the doctor give me the pass normally, in my brothers game the doctor Skip from "i give you the especial pass" to "Have you find the doctor yet"...but. I Think i have a solution for it that is that my brother trade me the pokemons he got then he start over again.the game and when he start over again i give him the pokemons that he have... And problem resolved...

Ok i notice that i dont have the rainbow badge so i cannot trade... I have one question you can give to my brother in the new account his pokemons? I give you his username if yes is the answer you can give my brother a lv23 charmeleon and a lv 29 budew because that pokemons are the most important... if not its Ok then :)
