I found Charlie at the route north of the desert on the south sided rocky area and Ketoprak on Mt. Pyre on the right side near the tombstones. -
What is the requirement to fight red Officer Jenny, because when I approched her, she said that I'm not mature enough to fight her. I have ~260h and done all regions.
