    1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

    2- Disable anti-virus program

    3- Restart computer

    4-BetterZiip

     

    Others solution:

    Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

     

    Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you Downloads(https://pokemonrevolution.net) the new client.

    No, If you release it, you can not catch him again, even if you battle Nikola, Nikola boss is only for users that had a disconnection during the battle and could not capture it but once captured there is no way to change it. I'm sorry that your celebi came out with bad stats :(.

    Im sorry to hear your inconvenience, Unfortunately as it says in this guide, we can not do anything about it, we do not control when the server crashes :(

    Including disconnections and rollbacks

    Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

  5. HEY THANK YOU VERY MUCH, i had to log in and remake all the chats, then i closed client, exited game, relogged and everything was back to normal, thank you so much

    Im sorry to hear your inconvenience, Try to log into All chat and then close your client, Restart the client and if its not there, Reinstall the client again and it should be there, Let me know if its solved :Shy:
