I'm sorry to hear your inconvenience, Like SViper said, Red and Blue server merged and now its Silver Server, Yellow server now its called Gold Server.
If your old account was in Red/Blue you need to merge your account in your Dashboard, Please check this Two Topics if you have any doubt!
If your old account was in Yellow server you just need to login in Gold server!
However if this is not the case and you can't find your account let me know please!

I tried to used dive on a tentcruel 40 from 28 and gyadous 20 from 11 and they're not following orders. i dont have any other water pokemon until i beat wallace. any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear your inconvenience, Your Pokemon needs to have at least 151+ Happiness to use Dive, That's why your Pokemon doesn't follow orders.
You can check the happiness of your Pokemon with /Happy 1-6 depending on the position of your Pokemon.

Make sure to Battle with Jackson and talk with Jenson's blissey in the ballroom to get the secret potion and then you can go with the captain, Try to do that and let me know if the problem its solved!

Hello JetStreamXZ!, I'm sorry to hear your inconvenience, Like Zupercooer said, Sometimes we lose a bit of progress during a Server Crash and we cant recover anything, The next time you can relog after you catch a rare/shiny pokemon to save your data!

First i recommend you to check the Kanto Guide to beat the story without any kind of problem!
About that team, If your plan its use that team to beat kanto then you should focus on Gyarados more than the other pokemons because Gyarados its the most important pokemon in your team to be able to beat the Elite 4 easy, If your plan its to build a pvp team i recommend you to first beat all the regions and then start working on a PVP team, Its more easy to hunt pokemon!
If your plan its to make a PVP you can ask for assistance in this subforum!

At this time there are three ways to get Coins within the Game!
Donations
Donations are the easiest and fastest way to get coins.
To make a donation we will need to have a PayPal account with at least $2.5 dollars.

the user "Iamsanjay" says he beaten hannah then got disconnected and when he relog hannah was gone. he is from silver server and has been asking everyone who enters the pokecenter for help. he says he cant write in english that well and doesnt know how to file an issue. please look into it.

Hello @shapirix!, I'm sorry to hear your inconvenience, Like Sviper said, Red server and Blue server is now merged and it's called Silver server now!, You need to merge your account in your dashboard, Make sure to check this topic before doing the Merge.
For those who aren't already aware, the Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. If you played on either the Red or Blue server, you will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server and have access to your past game data.
Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server FAQ.

When I first got the game it would always crash randomly and then a pop-up window showed saying it had a "Crash" file set up is there any way for me to fix this or does any1 know why it keeps crashing please and thank you in advance. :)
