Step 1.First make sure you have a Pecha Berry,(If you don't there's one in the trash bin around the kitchen).Talk to the Doctor in this kitchen and tell him you wanna help. Step 2.Find Jenson.Last room down the hall,Go inside and talk to him with the Pecha Berry so he can Brew the potion. Step 3.Head toward the Ballroom which is the Top floor,you'll end up seeing these Great Stone Dragon statue from Mulan.Make sure you beat Jackson inside here before heading to the ballroom. Step 4.Once you're in the Ballroom,Head left,you'll see a stair you can go up on,follow that upper path left until you see a Blissey.Talk to Blissey and she'll magically disappear giving you the medicine. Step 5.Walk all the way to the guard tell him you have potions and give potion to capt. please redo all those steps to ensure you have done it right
