I found out that the acc on nuzzle is 20%, but I hit it every time. I checked the acc is wrong should be 100% instead of 20%. :D:

The best hp training place is not ruin of alph, in route 14 you can farm 4 hp ev each time, but you only can train it at night. And for attack the best place is mt. Silver. SP Atk the best place is ilex forest.
