Hi ! No, there is no such thing, if you wanna xp multiple pokemons in one fight, you have to switch them in battle It is this way to keep grinding time at its maximum :p

To be more accurate, you can have 2 accounts per mail and up to 4 accounts per person (which actually means "per IP address") Which means you and you friend can even both have 2 accounts if you want to :p
