There rarely is a queue (at least on Blue) from around 3am GMT until 8 or 9am, I'd say There's also no queue either right after a server reboot, until everyone connected before noticed that it's up again^^ Otherwise, yeah, pretty much always full. :)

Some moves are not working yet (the most noticeable one is Transform, making Ditto a pretty useless Poke atm ^^), but they'll all eventually be in

I'm truly sorry for you, but I don't think anyone could help you out. It does ask confirmation to delete a Pokemon, you should have been more attentive. :/ Await the answer of a staff member to have an official statement, but don't have high hopes imo :x
