I just killed 9 zubats and my speed hasnt gone up. Any reason for that? Yep, that's because this statement is only true for lvl 100 Pokémons. Here is the full formula: It means that, at lvl 50, you'll need 8 EVs in order to gain 1 stat. Lvl 25: 16 EVs for 1 stat. And so on

When you asked in help chan you didn't precise and now you talk about "going back to" so I'll assume it's the latter: Once you got Sootopolis' badge, you'll need to go to Mossdeep's Spacial Center 2F in order to go Moon again. I think that you need to defeat Hoenn's E4 for that, although I'm not 100% sure of that

I genuinely don't know, sorry ^^ When I did hunt for one to get the dex caught-data, I spent approx. 4 hours fishing left of Olivine until I ran into one; I never looked up for another since. :Crazy: But check your Pokédex, then open the aforementioned tab on the upper right, type the name of an area in the search bar and check if there are many common pokémons in the same zones than Shellder spawns in; the one with the less common ones will probably be the best area to hunt it, but there's no place where you can encounter a dozen of them in an hour :p

Hi, You can check in the upper right tab in-game, if it's fishing there will be a fishing rod icon next to the poké's sprite In Olivine, you can have one with surf, but it's a rare poké

He probably meant that his Dratini leveled up 99, thus wanted to evolve into Dragonair. That would have been a lvl 99 Dragonair, who would have wanted to evolve into Dragonite when it'd have reach the 100th level But yeah OP, as Nathan quoted, never wait the last moment to evolve, you're gonna have a bad time (and this time, you did)

Hello mate, Is it just a feel or did you really? There are tons of possible things to do, from the "basic" complete the pokédex to becoming the best by challenging and defeating the bosses and being high ranked in PvP, not to mention that you can offer daycare/EVs services, help people, start a new journey on another server or with a new account, etc. Besides, the Xmas event just started, you can also hunt for these rare and limited cool Pokés :p Anyway, the choice is obviously up to you, and I genuinely hope that you enjoyed playing the game so far: it's all that really matters. :3

None of Togepi's bloodline can learn Moonblast, neither via TM nor Eggmove; if you really want a fairy-type move for Kanto E4, you can buy/find Ralts/Granbull/etc. EDIT: Even Oddish learns Moonblast lvl 43

If my memory serves me right, this one was supposed to be accessible, but after some map changes, it wasn't anymore, and they just rolled with it. And yes, the one in Goldenrod (bottom right) is inaccessible too, although I'm not sure if that one was ever supposed to be
