Hi GuberBoober Don't worry, you are not stuck. You don't need a bike make progress, you can just surf south from Fuschia City and cross the Seafoam Islands to get to Cinnabar Island. Your second option is to walk all the way back to Pallet Town and surf south to route 21 onwards to Cinnabar Island. You can use this guide for more information on your Kanto playthrough. Hi there, Varsity77 The guide you found is one out the outdated section and some things have changed since then. Dratini can be found in 3 locations: 1. The Safari Exclusive Zone: Membership 2. Dragons Den in Johto: Fishing with a superrod 3. Surfing at night in Love Island. As this guide says, you are supposed to find the wild mankey on route 9 If you were on another route fighting Mankeys, please try route 9. If this is not the case, let me know.
