Hi Praxis The Blue Server was probably down when you tried logging in. You can check The Blue Server's status via The Blue Server Statuschecker Please remember to not ask for the server status in General support as it is one of the rules I wish you a good day and enjoy the game. - Locked -

Hi everyone. This issue is know. Red is having issues. Once you logout, you won't be able to log back in "user already logged in" Please be patient for the server issue to be fixed. Have a good day. - Locked -

This is a server side issue. Logging off from Red causes you to not be able to log back in. You will have to wait for it to be fixed. Kind regards - Locked -

Hi there Is it possible that your friend has started his adventure with Pikachu? Because starting with Pikachu gives you a little extra story and battling Team Rocket in Mt Moon is one them. if this is not the case, then I suggest you make a topic in The Bug support forum Kind regards and I hope you have good day

Hi Iagartha Sorry to hear about this, but sadly there is no other way to donate to the game. Sorry for your inconvenience and I hope you have a good day. Kind regards

Hi there impish This subject has been talked about in the past, as you can see in This thread As stated in there, this suggestion has been denied because of several reasons. Feel free to post any other suggestions you may want to see in the game and I wish you a good day. Kind regards [glow=red]- locked -[/glow]

Welcome to PRO :D

Hi iover I'm sorry to hear about this. As far as I know, it is not possible to lose 300k out of nowhere. After blacking out, you lose 5% of your total money. Do you happen to have any screenshots about the trade you made? Could you provide a little more info about everything that happend with your account? Did you get hit by a Rollback? It is also not possible to get a refund as asking for refunds is not negotiable. I hope you can provide me a little more information to work with. Sorry again for your inconvenience and I hope you have a good day. Kind regards

Welcome to PRO  Enjoy your stay :Shy:
