im not a pvper but i thought i would just show this if it helps. Also im neutral on this btw since i dont pvp enough. and this was before megas immediately gained their new speed boost after mega evolving again. i dont pvp and i have no side on this but maybe this would help in this discussion? and yes i understand this is pro and not showdown. anyways i hope the right decision will be made whether its an unban or continued to be banned. also my i have my name cus i like the shiny not cus i like using it for pvp, i put 6 random offense pokes on my teams, thanks.

title. my preferred ivs are 31 speed 25+ rest but if you have a good one for sale that doesnt meet these requirements i might be interested

atm its tier 9 with 2 abilities. I know its a good poke but its not OP and not S tier material so i think tier 8 is fair especially when you also need to catch with right ability.

preferred ivs 25+ hp defence 20+ special att 15+ special defence speed - whatever I will spend between 500k-5m depending on the ivs and how epic it is Thanks
