Depends. I prefer to watch everything subbed so I can appreciate more the acting (or voice-acting) of the original version, and practice some hearing skill of that Language. I used to study Japanese at university so watching anime subbed instead of dubbed is a wonderful exercise. XD

In the animated movies or series i would say any thunderlike move by pikachu or lullaby when sang by jigglypuff. <3 In the game, dig and fly. Almost never a miss, I won so many battles thanks to those moves on my sandshrew and on pidgey.
