Hello, I have not been as active lately as I was 1-2 years ago, and I bought a jet ski back then that is not useful anymore since the speed has been slowed down. I know there was an NPC that did that but apparently it was removed from the game. Is it possible to have the NPC back? It could be part of an temporary event or something if you don't want it to be there forever. It really sucks that I bought it back then and now it became useless. I never bought it for the looks, but only in order to be faster. I hope someone will answer, Thanks for this amazing game, Thughost

Hello! I'm super happy that this is a known error and that it's being worked on! You seem to have a good knowledge on the issue, (screenshots don't work because the quality is good). I would really like to hear that this issue is known by an admin... The fullscreen on mac is bugged

I wonder why no one has talked about this issue so far, but whenever I put the game in full screen on my mac, the screen becomes kinda white, like if the brightness went all the way up or something. I already posted about it in December, I thought it was a known issue but it seems to have been forgotten in the new update again... I have pictures of the issue, I just don't know how to post them here. I'm just disappointed because I thought the new version would finally fix this. Is this a known issue? Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks for everything and for this wonderful game!

I'm going to explain the problem again, I'm playing on mac, and when I play Fullscreen, the quality becomes bad(it all becomes white and blurry). Is this issue known and will it be fixed in the new update?

I got used to playing full screen and I hate it in a window (the whole screen doesn't fit) Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

Hey, Since this new update, I've had a few problems, I've fixed most of them but the one problem remaining is the terrible quality when in Full Screen. None of the resolutions work for my mac (either too big or too small) and when I go full screen, it looks like there's a white layer on top of my screen (if that makes sense) Has this happened to anyone else on mac? If so, how did you fix it? It there something to update?

It's a new OS. It's pretty much an update to your mac.

Okay so, it worked, but now full screen has a terrible quality. At least it's playable. Thanks everyone who helped! I'm gonna put this as fixed but I'm gonna create a different topic for the full screen quality on mac.

If anybody is having this issue, look for High Sierra in the app store. What I did was update El Captain and that's why it didn't work I'm assuming. I'm downloading High Sierra as we speak and I'll mark this as resolved if it works. Thanks for the help everyone!

Hey there! One solution that has fixed this issue for another user was to update their mac to the latest version. You can check what version you are running by clicking on the upper left side of the screen (on the Apple) in order to check your Systems details. Please try updating your system. and then redownloading the game and then seeing if you get the same results. I just did that and it still doesn't work... Plus now I have an update that I didn't want... :/ Anyway, is there anybody else who got it to work? I took a screenshot of my specs, here it is

ARG! I've been trying to stay away from updates and now I've updated it for no reason! I am still getting the exact same purple screen! Is there anything else that we could do?

Hey! Thanks for helping! I deleted all the previous pokemon files. This issue is only happening on Mac. There's no option of 32/64bit for macs anyway. I've played PRO for a couple of years and I went through a lot of updates and I've never had this problem before so I'm assuming this is a client issue (then again, I'm no expert and of course, I could be wrong) Do you play with a mac? If yes, is it working for you?

I'm having the same issue, it is a problem with the new update on mac only (nobody seems to be having any problem). I already have a post with a screenshot of it. You're not alone! haha And I also went through these steps and I'm getting the same error, nothing changed.

Hey Shaui! I just did everything you said and I'm still getting the same error the whole screen just goes purple... It's just a graphic error because by randomly clicking I was able to get in the game but it's impossible to do anything, most of the game is purple. I got a screenshot of it Thanks for trying to help! I was so exited to play today :( I'm glad someone is here to help!
