I played this game before and I thought I should play again to my surprise there were only two servers instead of three. It said to merge my red and blue account and I was like okay so I tried but before I did, I saw that I didn't have any progress on any of them but I defeated both Kanto and Johto elite 4. My question is how do I recover my account

Hello this is a new account that i have created but i did not play this game for a year and i bought a new computer. I don't have acces to my old computer. I tried to log into my old account and it turns out i forgot my name and password is there anything i can do to get my old account back?
