Skarmory now cant learn counter, I tried with tm, egg move tutor and relearned tutor and I can't. I saw some Skarmorys in PVP with counter, so I think there is a bug in the game

Red, today I I have tried two times to log in and in twice times 1h after waiting, when lefts 10mins to enter, server message: "can not connect"! When I'm(more or less)) in the position 100 in the queue suddenly the message appears: can not connect And return to the position 985 again ... I cant connect from 5pm (Spanish hour), all the afternoon in the queue.
