  1. Going to sell this pretty good drought vulpix, no insta price yet, offers are up to you ! Bo : 40k from Leoh Insta : 100k 2h until end of bids
  2. I encountered this bug, which may be reproduceable with the lag we had today : I was switching my first pokemon from blastoise to nidoqueen, when an encounter happened. I had blastoise in battle, but with nidoqueen's abilities displayed. After attacking, it was still blastoise's attacks that were used, so it is only a battle window display bug :
  3. I was mainly trying to build a "cheap" viable team, that wouldnt require too much farm/gold to build (since i'm a PRO beginner), so very rare spawns like rain dish blastoise or swift swim armaldo/beartic wouldnt be the top priority for me, but definitely to look for in the future after i'm more experienced with the game. For tortank vs tentacruel though, tentacruel can check azumarill and grass users that are threatening this team while tortank can't (well, i don't really know, that's a supposition) About swiftswim omastar, it looks very stong as well but i don't really know which spot it should take. Possible replacement for Kingdra ? Last, for physical wall i thought skarmory was mandatory as this team lacks type diversity, and since i don't see any spot Milotic could take besides Skarmory's, would'nt one more straight water type be a bit overkill ? I'm trying to not be 100% dependant on rain too as it isn't permanent anymore, and i can't see myself suicide switching politoed just for the rain refresh. I have 0 exp in playing rain team so i can't tell much, anyways thanks a lot for your replies guys !
  4. I was unsure about Azumarill but the more i think about it the more it makes sense. The big flaw of the comp is its huge electric weakness so i think gyarados defensive typing wouldn't help at all, and i was afraid to take a straight ground type since the core of this team consists in boosting water type moves. A motor drive electivire could fit in, giving some electric immunity and physical attacks as well. So in terms of comp, taking out lanturn for electivire and Azumarill into the 6th spot would be the thing to do :) What do you think about tentacruel ? Even if it fits its spinner/entry hazard setter role pretty well, isn't the team too weak against special attackers ?
  5. *EDITED Hello guys, i'm trying to build a balanced rain team but need some insight. As my move sets aren't decided yet, i will only list what i'm already sure to use. Here is the team comp + defensive type coverage recap : Modest Politoed with drizzle Timid Tentacruel with Rain dish (toxic spikes/rapid spin/acid spray/...) Jolly Electivire with Motor Drive (Earthquake/wild charge/ice punch/...) Modest Kingdra with Swift swim Impish Skarmory with Sturdy Adamant Azumarill with Huge power If you could comment the flaws/strenght of this comp and have anything to say about it feel free, it would be very helpful !
  6. Re: How to Get to Articuno in Seafoam Island <r><QUOTE author="Koink"><s> </e></QUOTE> Careful, you did a typo that could make some beginners happy : you CAN'T catch any legenday pokemon but mew. Some others are killable in game.</r>
  7. They actually need a new server. From Deathwing stats, there are around 6k people trying to connect at almost every time of the day, so adding 200 slots by 200 slots wouldnt help much... But i agree, all we can do is give them time :)
  8. Very strong and balanced IV modest chinchou with water absorb. B.o. : Little bonus i got from all my today farm : B.o :
  9. Welcome to PRO, and have fun in this awesome game :)

    Focus Sash

Yeah that's what i said, it's like making air balloon one time use (for pvp) in my opinion. It is an important item for the metagame and decides a lot about mindgame too. Because playing around focus sash and faking to having one equipped is an important part about what makes Pokemon PvP mindgame so interesting. Prediction/switches are one part, but playing around items is important too. I take air balloon and focus sash as exemples because they basically change the playstyle of your Pokemon. And they make entry hazard much more important, which is interesting to a certain extent (when will i want to rapid spin, will i play a taunt opener...) Anywyas, this kind of items has for main purpose to deepen the PvP gameplay and to offer more counterplay and possibilities to the game, and having them not reliable for PvP is a bit sad :/ But i think we can say the same about widening TM pool, egg moves, etc etc, the only difference here is this could be quite easy to fix.
  11. I have no clue, google should know ! EDIT : after quick research, it seems that there is no precise date and should be around 2017-2019. Yes, this is a wide timespan so i guess we can conclude nothing is really decided yet :/
  12. Thank you a lot Rafayel, this is very helpful ! About move pools tho, since it's still impossible to extend it by breeding i guess the element of surprise is still a bit reduced, as the fact that all tm are not available. Anyways, i think that practice will make perfect, so i will probably do a classic meta rain team in order to get more experience about what else i could play. I like playing around meta so i wont stick to it too long, but i need to actually experiment what people are playing and how they behave in general in order to find some surprise picks. Nothing is more satisfying imo than getting an opponent mindblowned by a comp :p
  13. That's probably not working atm then, would be cool if someone from the staff could take note if they are not already aware
  14. I was playing a strong sun team on gen 5 (everyone was kinda running weather teams at this point with the permanent weather from politoed/tyranitar/ninetails and even abomasnow), but since you get only 5 turns of weather, is it still that good to run a sun team including a pretty weak poke like ninetails ? If weather is still a thing, i'd be very interested if i could run a snow team since there are no specific rules about evasion, it may not be the strongest one but defenitely something i want to try. Maybe a rain team if the snow team comp is not fully available/working correctly. Anyways, thank you for the info, now i got something to work around
  15. Re: How to Get to Articuno in Seafoam Island <r>Cool guide, even if i had way more trouble simply crossing the cave than going to artikuno since i did not understand at first that both entries were on the same level <E>:Bored:</E></r>
  16. Sshh ! That's exactly what i am doing :p
  17. Sorry for the eventual spoiler, but did you beat the rival inside the school ?
  18. Welcome fellow Pokemon fan ! A little hint if you didnt do it already, you can get a free random pokemon at the end of the viridian maze inside the big tree ! Don't use a map, it's too easy to find it otherwise
  19. This is something i've heard of and i'm sure it isnt in the manga as well. I didnt read the web comic so it may have come from there. It may be coming from a fan discussion where someone quoted that as well, since i really cant remember where i read that. But even if it proves to be a total invention, you still got my point ^^
  20. Splitting MS users and non ms users doesnt really seem logical as well, you would get a server with all the extra MS content disabled ? Anyways with the amount of people continually active, adding a single server of equivalent size + having a queue system would already solve most of the issues everyone has to log in atm. Of course there will still be high spikes of players logged in at certain times, but the queuing time would be reasonable (i guess, i can't really do the maths  )
  21. That was exactly what i wanted to know, thank you ! I was thinking the server capacity/people trying to log at the same time ratio was about 2/3 - 1/2 but 1/3+ seems really huge... A priority system that isn't as discriminating as "staff members" obviously wouldnt work in this situation. If you wanted to be able to actually log in using a priority queue system, you would have to drastically reduce the amount of people targeted by the priority tag. That's exactly the opposite of a membership system, which aims to get as much people supporting the game as possible.
  22. Just a little question if i missunderstood (to avoid spreading false info) : Is the 24 hour delay about donation arriving into "PRO pockets", and coins will be here after relog no matter the delay ? My English isnt perfect so your statement seems ambiguous to me :/
  23. It can take up to 24 hours, it is written on the site main page. It can be fast and it can be slow, so be patient :)
  24. Actually letting MS people having priority in the queue system wouldnt change much things on this debate : Non MS people will never be able to log in as there will constantly be MS people joinging the queue. It's pretty much creating a queue system only for MS, and telling the others to wait for the server to not be full.
  25. Saitama is stupidly powerful. He never was close to serious at any moment in the manga, so you cant really say he has a hard time killing people with regeneration or things like that. Actually i read somewhere (cant remember where) that he said himself that if he threw a serious punch he would destroy this universe and 2 others. Don't take one punch man seriously. Goku has a "measurable" power, while Saitama is a caricature of shonen hero. It is the design of the character that makes him this way, and if you dont like it then you take the manga too seriously. (comparing saitama with other shonen heroes is already taking OPM too seriously...) If you want to compare Goku and Saitama, you could say the nature of Goku is he gets stronger every time he gets close to death (or actually dies), when the nature of Saitama is to kill everything imaginable in one punch. He cant ever get stronger than he already is. It's ridiculous, and that's why is funny. Goku and Saitama are not in the same Universe, and if they were, Saitama would be stronger or he wouldnt be Saitama, it's as simple as that. Saitama was designed to be strongest you could ever imagine, dont forget that it was a "web comic" at first, and never really meant to have a developped scenario. The web comic had a huge success and they adapted it, but that's it. If you want a practical exemple on how Saitama power is stupid, /!\ spoiler alert /!\ it took him about 10 episodes of his anime to beat to the pulp the strongest fighter of his universe without being serious a single second... To make it short : Dragon Ball = action shonen One Punch Man = humoristic shonen
