For ranked ladder, I feel there is a need to reveal identiy, otherwise people can abuse "anonimity" by throwing hate speeches more often for example, which regularly shown on Showdown for people with throwaway account. Furthermore, I'd say it makes the ladder lackluster if you just meet people with same name "Anonymous Trainer" if such feature is implemented. Imo, this feature is more suited for unranked ladder, but rarely anyone plays there nowadays so there is that. The closest in-house solution atm would be for you to create an alt account, ladder with it and not tell anyone who you are, if you are really concerned about being exposed on the Internet or something similar to that.

If it's in-game auction then there's no time extension. Forum auction, yes, 15 minute extension. If you are still unsure I'd suggest getting really familiar with the rules by reading the link I provided. You can ask any trade mods for further consultation for anything u found unclear. This is a forum auction, so you should proceed to bid on forum, without the need of the auctioneer being available.

I'm sorry if you did not know, but forum auction has a standard set of rules to follow, regardless of whether the auctioneer or the auctioner knows about the rules or not. Like @0danobunaga & @Sushantkm have mentioned, saying that you must be original trainer to have a strong bond with the Pokemon is a flawed concept itself, and imo such concept should not be made popular in a Pokemon game. Nintendo/Game Freak apparently did not go that route. It's like telling kids that you must be its/her/his "first" in order to bring happiness to such thing/person. Happiness should be earned, and should not be restricted by something you can't change, like not being the original trainer of the Pokemon. Any implementation that validates such flawed concept, unintentionally or not, is a -1 for me.

From what I have seen the last bid was 5 minutes late so the poke was actually sold correctly to the rightful winner. OP's timing was a bit off at the end (the "5 minutes left" post was posted 2 minutes after auction time ends) that led to the confusion.
