i guess it's 64-bit. if so, download the 32 bit and try to do it with that. Windows 10 also has many problems with PRO. I recommend to follow up this guide https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14738 if the 32 bit doesn't work.

The system requirements are there for a reason. It just won't work with versions below 4.4 (kitkat)

Allessio is right, it should move back to the former ability if you heal it in the Pokemoncenter. We can't refund your Alakazam, since you deleted it and therefor it will be deleted from the database. No way to respawn it.

how much RAM have you if you NOT start PRO? Try to disable APPs that run in the background or even delete them.

what device/ OS are you using?

download the 32 bit version and try to run it (as administrator). Also check if drivers are up to date

are you 100% sure your pokemon isn't int he box somewhere? make sure to check the pc
