Did you try to walk out of viridian (north)? Check if Jacksons mum is responding to you in pallet town.

did the server crash in the meantime? might be a rollback. provide more information please.

As already stated, try to register with gmail/outlook emails. you'll have to try again and again. that's the only thing we can recommend you right now.
