hi, if you had a full party, the pokemon is probably in the pokecenter pc storage system. For the tm you'll have to look for the "tm/hm" slot of your backpack (click the disc icon).

Try to drag a pokemon from your box on that slot, it might swap positions and than it's locked in your pc until you finish johto. Nothing more we can do about it right now.
