I was doing the heatran quest and i battled Battlemagician npc and a level 60 something drifblim managed to outsped my level 82 gyarados who is fully ev trained and drifblim used destiny bond which made me lose the entire quest. Even without being ev trained, gyarados has 1 more base speed than drifblim. Maybe its a bug with unburden but what i do know is that my gyarados has no negative priority moves so i literally cannot see a single reason as to why it would outspeed. I know nothing can be done about my quest this is just soooooooo insanely frustrating having to retrain a new pokemon and redo the quest so this is something that should probably be looked into so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I was there catching Meditites for awhile (like 3-4 days?), i ran into quiet a few but the rarity of them was kind insane for the amount of time i was there.

Yellow server is the best for new players, Red is the first and oldest server which will have more advanced players. Blue is in the middle.

1. Yes, if you buy the lapras mount or any other surfing mount you do not need a pokemon with surf on your team to go surfing. 2. Waterfall and Whirpool are not in the for outside of battle uses, so this does not need to be a worry. I personally recommend buying the mount because its insanely useful compared to how many other pokemon you need to have in your party.

They recently changed dratini's spawn (maybe 2 weeks ago?) and that guide hasn't been updated in quite some time.

Yeah you can only catch it with a Super Rod, even then its pretty hard so when you get it a reminder that if u don't get a single one in one day, its not just a bug. It took me three days to get one :Cry:

It is not a glitch, as someone who has also hunted for H/A pokemon many many many many many many many many many many many times, i know how insanely frustrating it is. Simply put, you are just unlucky with the rate it is going.

You get porygon in Cinnabar Lab once your Pokedex advances to a certain point (sorry i don't remember what it has to be at).
