Also, i may suggest you to rearrange epics or put some random items on them to notice which pokemon are important, like make them hold oran berries. It should make any holder noticable on pc.

There is no certain theory about pricing the fact all depend on both traders perspective. Each pokemon have different value depend on customer demand, poke's level, iv, ev, nature, abilities, rarity, and sometime moves they have atm. this makes the price very vary depend on unique customers.
