if you followed official link, The problem you just got in most likely from the MediaFire where the site was uploaded. The problem occur on personal PC, where other pc should downloaded just fine. It could take hours until they back or just restart your pc, it should be able to download the file again.

We are not responsibility on your transaction. You gave/entrusted your pokemon on transaction which mean the pokemon already not on your control or your privilege the at moment you accept the trade. Anything happen to the traded side should not be your concern or your right to retrieve them back. Unless you got scammed, which is you can retrieve scammed trades back if you report with enough evidence.
