    I was surfing from cinnibar island to pallet town and went to battle one of the fisherman on the little land plots. Since i was in the water and not right next to him, he wanted to battle me but could not move into the water so I was frozen there. I logged out and tried to log back in but the game will not connect now. -Blue server
