Hello, welcome. The New Leaf guild is about to host one of our favorite events for everyone in the community to enjoy, hide & seek! The event will be held this Sunday, 6/11, 2pm EST / 7pm BST. Time converter: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html If you want to participate in the event, simply join this in-game channel,"nlhidenseek," and we will let everyone know once it starts. If you need help joining the channel, refer to this: Make sure you're the champion of Johto, and I will also recommend buying a subway ticket beforehand and preparing HM Pokemon just in case. There will be 7 hiders in total and you will have to seek them out with the clues given to you. The hiders, in this order, will be: Poroqueen Lordleo100 Jadeash / Raika Norgutg Pthame Scam Bhimoso If you find the hider, make sure to PM them and they will give you the next clue to get to the next hider in line. Anyone who reaches Bhimoso is considered the winner, and only 3 people can win. Teaming technically isn't allowed, but we can't enforce that, so just play fairly, and besides that's no fun anyways. The first clue to Poroqueen is, "You'll find the true version of where im at in the flora of many continents, but not Europe." Do your research and we'll see you on the 11th at 2pm EST. Hi. If you're interested, check out the guild New Leaf. We're a social guild and we focus on the community and events.

Hey man @Charizardmewtwo. Decide what kind of guild you want first. More competitive oriented, PvE, a mix of both, casual, social, etc. Then you'll want to create a proper guild forum thread here and a Discord server to get started. Keep it simple on the forum thread, you don't want to write too much useless information, nobody reads it, but keep it interesting at the same time. You could decide on a theme for the guild too if you'd like. Next thing you want to do is organize the Discord server. Make it look nice. Add channels, one for officers, one for members, for fun categories, etc. Invite bots you need, create roles, emotes. Prepare banners for channels, which could be used for the forum thread too. The more eye catching it is, the better, but keep it simple. After you set everything up, you want to decide how you invite people. Some guilds have strict requirements for joining, others have no requirements at all, this depends on what you want. If everything is settled, you want to start recruiting more members and more importantly officers. People you can trust, as well as people you enjoy working with should be your officers. This is important because they are basically your pencils, you're the hand, the guild is the piece of paper. All three of these won't work without the other. You'll be talking to these officers a lot. Once people start coming in and people are being invited, you want to work on yourself. Be recognized in the community. You want people to like your guild and yourself for positive things, not negativity or toxicity. At this point you'll be in a good spot. Everything will be going well. Organize guild events to keep it spicy; quizzes, tournaments, hide & seek, etc. Be willing to go above and beyond for your guild. Be selfless, help initiates or new members who need it. Always look to improve the guild. People will join, people will leave. There will be drama, this is all not avoidable, but don't let it get to you. Keep your head up at all times, and just have a great time with it. Hope this helped you, good luck on your guild adventure and have fun!
