It goes like this, add all legendary pokemons from older games so players can catch them, and create a new pvp meta where you are allowed to use only one 601+ stats pokemon, the official game does it in VGC where they allow 1 Uber pokemon per team, I think it would be fun as a separate tier from the current one.

Hello, so today I beat Fuchsia City gym and got HM Surf from the safari zone, however my starter Pikachu refuses to learn it, I tried relogging and it still didnt work, but I have an idea why that happens most likely, you see, my Pikachu spawned as a halloween version when given by prof Oak I think, heres a pic of it: I contacted a mod on Discord (Sugar / Shaui) and they checked and confirmed that it is indeed a starter pikachu, and I do have Ash's hat from the quest. hope this helps fixing the bug.
