I've recently obtained the move Fling on Weavile and it's pretty good damage! I looked further into it and it says it consumes held item upon being used. I'm able to use this move without an item even equipped on him...so was curious about some other things. Will it consume his held item if I use his Fling move in PVE or PVP?
