    Ok after multiple attempts the 32bit client worked for me but this is only a temporary fix as 64bit was my main before.

Completely deleted pokemon revolution online, downloaded the newest version fresh off twitter....still cant connect. EDIT: Tested both 32bit and 64bit, nothing works yet people are online. Description and Message Logged out...got prompt to download a new update, downloaded through link on twitter....cant connect to server and is still opening the old client even after its been deleted.
