The game is in beta so crashes and bugs will happen, currently once a day we have scheduled maintenance as well as the server sometimes crashing and forcing a reboot by admins...If no admins are around during the time we all have to wait.

In this specific case your best bet would be to try and recover the password through your email provider. :Angel:
