Well, I unistalled de old PRO, and tried to open the apk by opening the google drive file and the downloaded file, but both of them showed the same message

I was trying ro install the 2k18 update, but when I downloaded the file on my phone(Android), I couldn't open the apk because it said: "the package conflicts with an existing package by the same name". Please help!
