I was trying ro install the 2k18 update, but when I downloaded the file on my phone(Android), I couldn't open the apk because it said: "the package conflicts with an existing package by the same name".

Please help!

Do you try to delete your old PRO version ?

Well, I unistalled de old PRO, and tried to open the apk by opening the google drive file and the downloaded file, but both of them showed the same message

Same here i can download it but it wont install :( when i try log in it say i have the wrong version

 

I FINALLY was in sinnoh my first 10 minutes :p

And im also on Android

someone can help me, I downloaded the new client but when I try to open it I get error monitor resolution that I already change all resolutions but still with that error.

I cant instal the update in android too.

Anyone figure out how to fix this yet

I am not sure, if this would help, but try these steps:-

1) Disable any lockscreen security and pin code.

2) Add PRO's apk shortcut to do homescreen via 'MY files'.

2) Reboot the device.

3) As soon as you see anything on screen rush it and install the apk ASAP.
