The exact same thing happened to me. I didn't log in for a while and I came back today. I played many hours in Red server. I had lvl 85 pokemons ( if I remember correctly) and I was about to go fight the elite four. Now all I could see is log in in Silver and Gold server. I tried Gold and I came back at the beginning of the game with no pokemon and no money! I also went to see my account details. I couldn't see any information about my gameplay in Red server. It's as if my account was deleted...

And when I came back, I couldn't log in Red server. I can only see Gold and Silver servers. What happened? Oh and I also logged in in Gold server... I'm back at the beginning of the game! Nothing is there What is also strange is that I can connect to Gold server with my account, but they're telling the same username or password is invalid when I try to log in Silver server.
