hi I have a problem, today I connected, I bought a pokemon, it was missing 5 levels for 100. I wanted to give him rc and bumm! I see that my rare candys disappeared, I don't know the exact amount I had. but they were around 70-75. I would like to know what happened to them please, if it is some kind of bug or error. I also want to change my account password for security reasons becose since only 1 person besides me have access to my account, a friend of a guild who helped me do the subway mission. I tried to change him but the email I put him I don't remember, That's why I would also like my account to be synchronized to my main email I would appreciate your help with all that, especially the rare candys lost.

Hi, ive met with a very confusing and frustrating problem. i have been following the sinnoh quest line in order by using the sinnoh quest guide but i cant find any of the 5 NPCS (symphonia, indragiri, nova, novi, oswald) most probably i've battleed them before but it was quite some time ago and i could'nt remember but i did, met hannah but when i talk to her she said: "whoops, im going back to Sinnoh" thats when she suddenly vanished out of thin air i couldnt go to Sinnoh. Can someone help me?

Hello there ! I guess I'll be kinda classic in my question considering the other topics I read before posting. I haven't played the game for a long time (January 2017 if I believe my dashboard about merging my BLUE and RED accounts). I get a lot of things happened since then (new servers at least haha), but I'm facing a little issue now. My main account was on YELLOW (26 days opposed to a few hours on the other servers). I understood that YELLOW just changed name to GOLD. And I honnestly admit I can't remember everything that was on my account by that time. However, I'm pretty sure some of my mounts have disappeared. Particularly, I'm thinking about a Shiney Umbreon and a Lapras. Is it something possible ? May I have lost them during the merging / work on the servs ? Is it something I can do about it ? After getting the Mesprit and Uxie pokedex I went to Lake Valor for Azelf's but the lake was still with the galaxy team that I had to defeat again and the guard was not there.

I was participating in the Johto bug catching contest when I tried to get my Pokemon evaluated, upon trying to get them evaluated it said an error occurred and to report it. I thought it might be something wrong with that NPC in particular so I kept going until the end of the contest. When I tried to enter the Pokemon I caught, I got the same error. I have tried re-logging but that didn't make a difference.

Sorry for that question, but I came back with my account when I had already closed the server switch time, and my friends are all silver now, I wonder if we have a new deadline so we can switch servers because it's too bad play alone :(

Well, i've traded my ada dragonair 30atk 29 hp instead of trading a netural nature trash dragonair i have... i wonder if it is possible to recover it. especially that the dragonair i lost wasnt caught by me, i bought it. i remember the name of the player from whom i bought it, if that can help. ingame name : hyunikel ps: drugs are bad

Helli pro tean, I found 1 bugin new client Theres a landingbug. I landed my some Pokemon to some people in guild to beat that boss in vulcan part 2. I landed hin for 1 day but he returned me before 1 day. When they returned my poke backe before my time. It says my pokes are landed. When i link my own poke its in gray color. My gyradose,scizor and blissy is on that bug. Plz fix that bug i can't trade my pokes bcz of that bug. Thank you Your malow "marshmalow"
