Hey i was in stark mountain, trying to catch a Heatran, wile i was going the trainers, so i could catch heatran and out of no ware i lost connection to the servers, 2 min after i was kicked, i was tranported to the poke center in fight area, and now my gyarados is in lvl 67 and i can't use it anymore because of the requirements to catch a Heatran. What can i do about it, i can not be true that i have to lvl a gyarados up to lvl 60 and EV train it, because of the servers. Help me PLEASE!!

My patcher is stuck at a "Waiting for game to close..." screen and I don't know how to fix it. I've tried many things: - I've tried force quitting and opening the game again - I've tried waiting overnight for it to finish doing its thing - I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game but, unfortunately it won't finish and let me play... Someone please help, I love playing this game and I don't know what to do :(

After playing a while, the game stop and appear a pokeball with a exclamation signal on it. After that simbol, the game just close. Please, help me and sorry for the bad English.

support needs to send me a verfication mail, I didnt verify my mail-adress so I am currently unable to login and play the game -
So I haven't played in a long time, but before the server merge I had finished up Kanto and had a few Johto pokemon. When I logged in after, I was in the same place but I had 3 Kanto pokemon stuck in my roster that I can't get rid of (can't add to computer, can't rearrange them, etc). They are the Kanto versions of Pidgey, Weedle, and Spinarak. -
I don't have moltress in my pokedex, while i have finished the game. I crashed during the fight, and when i reconnected, it was not still alive, but not in my pokedex. Today, it's a big problem for the legendary birds quest, so i would like to know if it is possible to battle him one more time ? Thank you

i got dc when i was trying to catch zapdos is there a way to get the zapdos catching chance back by battling nikola and beating him.

Yesterday i failed on catching my dude Latios, some time later then i defeated Nikola to recatch it. But Nikola just gave me the Option to resummon Celebi (which i already have), when i clicked Celebi since it was the only option it said an Error occured and i should inform Staff about this. So is there a chance i can get Latios without waiting 21 days for Nikolas CD to reset? Would be extra spicy mate.. Thanks in advance, your boi, Yung1

Hello ! I bought '' black medaillon '' friday june 14 to catch '' Draby '' in Hoenn. But with the many bug since friday i can't play enought for find this pokemon. :/ cause of problem of conexion at gold serveur. So does the pokemon team can resolve this problem ? I don't want buy more medaillon until theses kinds of problems are solved and compansated.. Cordially

I cant evolve any of my pokes after servers come back online. Tried to evolve lombre to ludicolo water stone havent worked. Tried to give candy to my lvl 55 beldum became 56 but havent evolved. -

Hi @ all. I have a problem. I dont can logging in to the server. If i clicking to log in. In the bottom line are logging in. After 10 sec the game write connection lost. I have a fritzbox 7590. Wich ports i have to open? Thanks :D

Hello. Couple minutes ago i tried to lend 2 of my moons to a friend but server crushed and after i loged in again my moon were like lent but to mysellf i got a timer and when i post it on chat names are grey and i couldn't send them back cuz they mine can u fix it plz

After fainting the spawned raikou i could no longer access the island, i tried nikola but it doesnt let me fight him either, do i really have to wait for next rng ticket to spawn another raikou?

in the gold server my character is stuck in the start of a battle sequence in other words i get the ! for the start of the battle and nothing happens i just sit there since this is where i got initially logged out from a different client issue and now when i log in i cant move anywhere else and it just has me sit there and listen to the battle music and nothing pops up please help me <3 (:

Hello, my name in-game is Dragmaster and today I reached sinnoh. I started as always talking to grandma, then going to Barry, talking to Rowan and choosing my starter. Then I started to training my pokemonand the server pulled me out. When I reconnected to server, I was back in grandma's house, and I couldn't interact with anything, or going out of the house. I don't know what to do, I won't loose all my progresses, so lease, try to fix this bug. Thanks.

Why does my main account on Gold keep saying "Connection lost" before this update it would give me this a few times then allow me to login but now it's almost only repeating that code not allowing me to login... Help please. My silver account is literally at the beginning :(
