apparently all in battle held items with healing or damaging effect are currently not working. The problem is known and is beeing worked on. Please stay patient in meanwhile.

Hi there. Thanks for the report. Our Developers are aware and have worked on a fix regarding this. You have also been given an MS extension of 3 days to compensate for all the technical issues lately.
